Return Policy for Super Fan in a Can, LLC

  • Return Window: You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may be non-returnable, such as clearance items or personalized products. These will be clearly marked on the product page.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@superfaninacan.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the item back to us using your preferred shipping method. Please ensure the item is securely packaged.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  1. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Returns: A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from your refund for items returned in original condition. No restocking fee applies to damaged or defective items.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
